For Indian Families:

1. We give a short behavior briefing of the puppy to help you choose well. Assess which puppy suits your profile best, getting a right puppy will amplify your petting experience.

​2. You are supposed to send clear videos of the puppy every week for the first 2 months. We will be guiding you for the upkeep over the video calls or messages

3. Send videos of the dog every fortnight until the puppy is a year old.  After an year, we would have groomed you enough that you are capable to take care of the puppy without our support. But we still insist you send us a proper video/ photo every year for us to keep track.

4. Do not neuter spay your dog without consulting with us. Every puppy we breed has a specific intent to create a certain trait. The genepool of caravan hounds is already diminishing with bad quality specimens. Yet our dogs have proven its worth in their families and contributed to the caravan genepool positively. This is a conservationist breeding program. Your dog is important to the propagation of the breed.

5. You are welcome to consult us regarding showing or upkeep practices, do go through our website and YouTube to keep updated about the necessary knowledge required to raise the dog. Drop us a message if you can’t find a solution from those sources.

6. We take only 3 pre litter bookings generally.  Puppies more than 3 will be showcased only after 40 days, you can book then.

7. We don’t do the deliveries ourselves, we give you the contact of the transporter active for your location and you can take it forward with him. The cost of the puppy does not include door delivery. You are welcome to arrange your person or pick up the puppy yourself.

8. We work with the delivery person to make it smooth for you. It takes a week to fortnight to schedule the delivery itinerary. please bear with us. We have to take all necessary precautions to deliver a healthy lasting puppy.

9. Cost of booking is 4000 +3000 as processing charges. That is 7000 INR in total. This complete amount of 7000 will be considered from the final payment. I.E. if the cost of the puppy is set at 30000, the full advance of 7000 will be considered paid and you will have to pay only the remainder sum of 23000. In case, you wish to cancel the booking we will refund the 4000 INR. The processing fee is nonrefundable.

10. Cost of the puppy with the transport cost to be fully paid in advance before the puppy leaves our premises. No cash on delivery.

11. I am glad to announce here that there is not ONE SINGLE INSTANCE of an unhealthy puppy delivery in my 13 years of breeding. Hence there have been no instances of compensation. Any grave issues will be addressed, considered and compensated by me. The promise is to deliver an active, disease free puppy. If a puppy is sick on arrival and succumbs to the sickness within 2 days, I will replace a puppy of similar gender and caliber or higher. You have to pay for the transportation cost. You will have to make a clear video of the puppy at receiving.

​12. There cannot be any compensation if there is no proof submitted.

For Foreign Clients:

1. Using our kennel name in the certificate name of the dog and media is mandatory.

2. Cost of the puppy includes a dog a three months of age, KCI pedigree registration certificate, microchip, 3 doses of 9in1 vaccine, Anti Rabies vaccine.

3. Cost of the puppy does not include any tests, paperwork, compliance {titre test}, kenneling expense post three months. All other incurred expense to facilitate the transport will be notified and billed to you.

4. We live 430 kms away from Mumbai International airport, we will do all the running for you at minimum possible expense.

5. In an event where you don’t collect your puppy, the incurred expense cannot be refunded.
​
6. In an event of accidental demise of the dog in our custody we will provide ample proof of the same. We will also replace another dog of similar caliber. In case you don’t wish to proceed with the new dog, we will refund the cost of the dog minus a small fee. The processing, conveyance charges however cannot be refunded.

7. We make it as easy as possible , go the extra mile . I would try to make it as hassle free for you with all our resources. Our goal sending puppies abroad is to garner attention for the breed and seek the appreciation it truly deserves.
